AMANDA Holden showed off her chiselled abs in a bikini as she splashed about in the sea on holiday.
The 50-year-old flew off to Greece with her husband Chris Hughes and daughters Lexi, 15, and nine-year-old Hollie earlier this month for a well-needed break.
During her time in the exotic location, the BGT judge has been busy taking sizzling snaps for her Instagram.
In her most recent pic Amanda wowed in a floral bikini as she posed for a picture by a huge rock.
The star looked amazing as she looked down at the sea with her hair slicked back off her face, wearing some oversized sunnies.
Amanda captioned the post: "My #rock," alongside a laughing emoji.

The star looked incredible as her white dress was blown up by the wind - forcing the star to keep her hand on her lap as she looked out to the sunset over the ocean.
Days earlier Amanda slipped into a skimpy white two-piece before draping herself over the bow of a yacht for yet another holiday picture.
